Records and requests
Records may include corporate and governance records, personnel records, customer and supplier records, subscription and payment records, product/service records, policies, security records and statutory records. Some information may be automatically available through the portal, invoices, reports, Privacy Notice and Terms.
A formal PAIA request must use prescribed Form 2 and identify the requested record, the right being exercised or protected, the preferred form of access and sufficient requester details. Prescribed fees may apply. Access may be refused on grounds permitted by PAIA, including protection of another person's privacy, confidential commercial information, safety and privileged records.
The Martoza tracking form does not replace prescribed PAIA Form 2. The approved entity PAIA manual is available above. Independent professional review remains recommended when the entity, services or applicable law materially changes.
